Smart Appliance Care ("we", "us") operates this website and provides home appliance repair services in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu. This policy explains what information we collect from you, why we collect it and how we handle it.
When you submit a booking form, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we collect your name, mobile number, service address and a description of the appliance problem. If you email us, we hold your email address and the contents of your message. We do not ask for payment card details on this website.
Your details are used only to schedule and complete your repair: to call you back, confirm a visit slot, reach your address, arrange spare parts, raise your bill and follow up on warranty. We may contact you about a repair we have already carried out. We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked for them.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Details are shared only with the technician assigned to your job, and with a spare parts supplier where a part must be ordered for your appliance. We may disclose information if required by law.
Job records are kept for as long as needed to honour warranty claims and to meet our accounting obligations. Access is limited to our own staff. No method of storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your details from loss and misuse.
