Smart Appliance Care is a home appliance repair service based at Melapalayam Kurichi. For eight years we have kept air conditioners, refrigerators and washing machines running in homes across Tirunelveli.
How we work
We started as a two-person workshop taking repair calls from neighbours in Melapalayam. Today nine technicians cover Tirunelveli city and the surrounding areas, and the way we work has not changed: look at the machine properly, explain the fault in plain words, quote before touching anything.
Most of our work still comes from customers who called us once and passed the number on. That is only possible if the repair holds, so we use genuine or OEM-grade spares and test the appliance with you before we leave.
We are an independent multi-brand service. We are not an authorised service centre for any manufacturer, and we say so upfront.
