These terms apply to repair and service work carried out by Smart Appliance Care and to the use of this website. By booking a visit you accept them.
We repair and service air conditioners, refrigerators and washing machines at customer premises in and around Tirunelveli. We are an independent multi-brand repair service. We are not an authorised service centre of any manufacturer, and brand names on this site are used only to describe the appliances we work on.
A booking is confirmed once we speak to you and agree a slot. Slot times are indicative; traffic, earlier jobs and weather can delay a visit, and we will inform you if that happens. Someone above 18 years of age must be present at the address during the visit.
The technician inspects the appliance and gives you a quote before starting. Work proceeds only after you approve it. If a hidden fault is found once the unit is opened, we stop and confirm the revised cost with you first. Payment is due on completion of the work unless agreed otherwise, and a bill is issued for every job.
We use genuine or OEM-grade spares. Replaced parts carry the warranty stated on your bill, and our labour on the same reported fault is covered for the period noted there. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water or power surge damage, pest damage, tampering by another technician, or unrelated faults appearing later.
Older appliances can develop further faults during or after a repair. We take care with your property, but our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not liable for loss of food, clothing or other indirect losses.
You can cancel or reschedule a visit by calling 63748 17632 before the technician reaches your address. If a technician has already travelled to you and no work is carried out, a visit charge may apply, and it will be told to you beforehand.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu.
